CatsCreation Kitten Contract
CatsCreation agrees to provide you with a healthy
kitten. Your kitten comes with first shots, is wormed, blood tested, and
comes with a State of Florida Health Certificate. CatsCreation guarantees
kittens to be free of Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS. Purchaser has 72
hours to have kittens health verified by a licensed veterinarian. In the
unlikely event that a kitten is not found to be in good health, purchaser
must request replacement kitten within said 72 hours, no refunds shall be
given.
CatsCreation sells kittens as pets with no breeding
rights. Purchaser agrees to spay or neuter by six months of age.
Purchaser agrees not to breed or transfer kitten to another owner.
Purchaser certifies that they are not a professional or hobby cat breeder.
Purchaser agrees to surrender cat or kitten back to CatsCreation if this
contract is broken.
Purchaser agrees to care for and provide all
necessary medical treatment.
Deposits are transferable under reasonable conditions
but not refundable.
Should we locate a kitten for you from another
cattery, said cattery shall accept all liabilities. You are advised to
acquire a contract from said cattery and CatsCreation assumes no
responsibility or offers no guarantee.
By signing contract purchaser agrees to all of the above
conditions.
